1. What is stored, and where

All your events, settings, greetings and choices are stored locally in your device's browser (localStorage / IndexedDB). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it or use features connected to an external service (see below).

2. What is sent out, and when

Google Calendar sync (optional)

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, the connection is directly between you and Google (OAuth). We run no intermediary server and never see your calendar data. Permissions are limited to reading and adding events.

AI greetings (optional — BYOK)

If you enter your own API key (OpenAI / Google Gemini) and use the "AI Greeting" feature, the greeting text is sent directly to the provider you chose. Your key is stored encrypted on your device only (AES-256-GCM), is never included in backup files, and never passes through any server of ours.

Push notifications (optional)

If you enable notifications, the OneSignal service is used to deliver reminders. This is activated only with your explicit consent.

3. Camera and contacts

If you add a contact photo or use the contact picker, access is local to your device only. Photos and contact details are stored locally and are not sent anywhere.

4. No tracking, analytics or ads

The app contains no tracking tools, analytics, advertising cookies, or ads of any kind.

5. You are in full control

You can export all your data (JSON / CSV) at any time, and delete all data from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and removes all information from the device.
